Changed your mind about your order? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product remains unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

 

How to return: Simply contact our customer support team (support@shapelabs.one) to receive the correct return address.

 

Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the sealed item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Good to know: We do not charge any restocking fees.
