Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (support@shapelabs.one) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back—whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Special Instructions
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from the contract, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance your purchase.
If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender takes over our rights and obligations toward you with respect to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to withdraw from it.
Returns After Withdrawal and Returns in Case of Complaints
Please note the following general guidelines for returns:
Clarification: Following these guidelines is not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal under the “Withdrawal” section.
Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, goods should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable alternative packaging to ensure adequate protection during transport and to avoid compensation claims for damage due to improper packaging.
Returns are always made at your own expense and must be received within 14 days.
Please note that we can only refund unopened products!
If your order included free products, please return them as well to receive a full refund. If you keep parts of the products, we can only provide a partial refund.
Returns for Complaints
If items are damaged or have defects, you may of course file a complaint. Please contact our customer service (support@shapelabs.one) and include your order number.
